1. The organizer of the prize draw

The prize draw is organized and conducted by Thematic Properties Real Estate Fund (tax number: 18756593-2-13, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. Duration of the competition

The prize draw is valid during the MaxCity Coupon Days, on September 20 and 21, 2025. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the duration of the prize draw.

3. Conditions for participating in the prize draw

Any natural person over the age of 18, with legal capacity, residing in Hungary, and who makes purchases worth at least HUF 100,000 in the stores of the MaxCity Shopping Center during the MaxCity Coupon Days can participate in the prize draw.

An additional condition for participation is that the purchase confirmation block must be presented to the on-site hostesses, and the player must register for the prize draw on site, at the designated counter.

Employees of the Organizer, their immediate families, and other persons involved in the organization of the competition are not eligible to participate in the competition.

4. How to participate

Participation is only possible on site, during MaxCity Coupon Days. Those who present the voucher to the hostesses and register for the prize draw at the designated registration point can participate in the prize draw.

5. The prize

The prize is a shopping voucher worth HUF 500,000, which can only be used in the manner determined by the Organizer and in partner stores.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person, unless expressly permitted by the Organizer.

6. Winner selection and notification

The prize draw will take place on September 23, 2025, through a random draw among registered participants.

The winner(s) will be notified via the contact details provided during registration within 5 working days at the latest.

7. Data management

The Organizer processes the personal data of participants in the prize draw solely for the purpose of conducting the game, maintaining contact and notifying the winner(s).

8. Responsibility

The Organizer is not responsible for any problems arising from the incorrectness, error or incompleteness of the data provided by the participants. Participants are fully responsible for the authenticity of the data they provide.

9. Other provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. The Organizer will publish the amendments on site and/or on its online platforms.
