KARIM RASHID DESIGN TOUR – MAXCITY WINTER SALE
CONTEST RULES
1. The organizer of the prize draw
The prize draw is sponsored by Thematic Properties Real Estate Fund.
(tax number: 18756593-2-13, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. Duration of the competition
The prize draw will run from February 2, 2026 to March 1, 2026 .
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the duration of the prize draw.
3. Conditions for participating in the prize draw
Any natural person over the age of 18, with legal capacity , residing in Hungary, and fulfilling the conditions set out in these regulations may participate in the prize draw.
Employees of the Organizer, their immediate relatives, and other persons involved in the organization of the competition are not allowed to participate in the competition.
4. How to participate
The conditions for participating in the prize draw are as follows:
- The player will receive the Karim Rashid Design Tour prize booklet and map at the Max Design Pop Up shop.
- The player walks through the shops marked on the map, where they view furniture and objects designed by Karim Rashid.
- At each location, you will obtain all the necessary stickers and stick them in the appropriate places in the prize booklet.
- You present the fully completed prize booklet at the Max Design Pop Up store, fill out the registration form provided, and then submit it.
By fully fulfilling the above conditions, the player becomes eligible to participate in the draw.
5. The prize
The prize is 1 (one) purchase voucher worth 1,000,000 HUF , which can be used in the MaxCity area as determined by the Organizer.
The prize:
- not redeemable for cash,
- not transferable to another person,
- may only be used under the conditions specified by the Organizer.
6. Winner selection and notification
The draw will take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 , by random drawing from among the duly registered participants.
The winner(s) will be notified online using the contact details provided during registration.
7. Data management
The Organizer processes the personal data of participants in the prize draw solely for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, maintaining contact and notifying the winner(s).
Detailed data management information is available on the Organizer's website.
8. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any problems arising from the incorrectness, error or incompleteness of the data provided by the participants.
Participants are fully responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data they provide.
9. Other provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these rules or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
The Organizer will publish the modifications on site and/or on its online platforms.
