By participating in the Game (by filling out the game ticket, providing complete information on the ticket and handing in the game ticket at the Shopping Center), the Player automatically accepts these Rules.

 

1. Description of the Game

 

The Organizer and Co-organizer is Hello Wood Limited Liability Company (headquarters: 1082 Budapest, Kisfaludy utca 19. 3. em. 9. door; tax number: 28749990-2-42; company registration number: 01-10-140966; independently represented by: András Huszár board member; hereinafter: "Offeror") by offering, in particular, but not exclusively, announces a prize draw for the purpose of strengthening service development and customer commitment and increasing customer satisfaction.

During the period specified in the Regulations, all adult (over 18 years of age) able-bodied persons shopping in the Shopping Center who also meet the criteria contained in point 2 of these Regulations have the opportunity to receive 1 (i.e. one) item per customer and per purchase, issued by the Organizer and To fill out a game coupon available in MaxCity stores and hand it in at the store. Participation in the Game is voluntary and means automatic acceptance of the Rules. The following data must be filled in on the game ticket: name (surname, first name) and e-mail address. In addition, on the game ticket, the Player can consent to the Organizer and the Offeror sending newsletters to the specified email address.

 

Only Players who have provided their name and email address in full will participate in the draw. A Player who enters with an incompletely filled out ticket will not participate in the Game. A Player can participate in the game with several game tickets. The Player is responsible for the veracity of the data provided by him, as well as for the fact that the name and e-mail address provided belong to him. Anyone who provides other people's data is liable for any resulting damages without limitation. The Organizer has the right to exclude from the Game a Player who registers a false e-mail address, or other persons participating in a fraudulent manner, as well as a Player who does not participate in the Game in accordance with the provisions of these Rules, or who benefits from behavior contrary to the Rules. The assessment of falsity is at the discretion of the Organizer. If the Player does not provide his/her own data or e-mail address, the Organizer (and Co-Organizer) shall not be held liable for any disputes arising from this.

On March 4, 2024, the Organizer will select the winning Player in the Shopping Center from among the Players who fill out the ticket in accordance with the regulations.

 

The prize is a 1 (i.e. one) voucher for 2 people for 1 night, including accommodation and breakfast, offered by the Offeror, at the Hello Wood Kapolcsi Sziklák accommodation ( https://hellowoodresorts.com/kapakslot ) (hereinafter: "Prize ").

2. Persons participating in the Game

 

All natural persons of legal age defined in point 1 can participate in the Game, with the exception of those defined below.

 

The following persons may not participate in the Game :

• the Organizer's senior officials, owners, employees, agents, as well as their close relatives according to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (hereinafter: "Ptk"),
• the companies directly participating in the event, such as the owners, senior officers, employees, agents of the Co-Organizer and the Offeror, as well as their respective close relatives.

3. Duration and location of the Game

The Game lasts from February 12, 2024 (start of business hours) to March 3, 2024 (end of business hours).

4. Registration for the Game

 

It is possible to apply for the Game, as specified in point 1 of the Regulations, by filling in the game coupon received during the purchase in the Shopping Center in full, with real data, in accordance with the regulations.

In order to participate in the Game and to hand over the Prize, it is necessary for the Player to give his voluntary and express consent to the processing of his personal data provided on the game ticket in order to run the game and to hand over and use the prize. The following information is required to identify and notify the winner: surname, first name, e-mail address. Application for the Game is only valid if these conditions are met together.

 

5. A prize

The Organizer will draw the winner from among the participants in the Game on March 4, 2024, in the Shopping Center.

 

The Prize can be used by appointment until December 31, 2024, except for the holiday period. If a reservation has not been made in advance, the places can be reserved depending on the available rooms.

The validity period of the Prize cannot be extended, to which the Organizer draws the winner's attention. If the winner does not use the Prize within the Prize's validity period, he/she loses the right to use it, in which case the Organizer excludes all claims for damages and other compensation. The Prize does not include any other additional costs incurred during travel and use.

 

6. Lottery

 

The draw among the participating Players takes place publicly at the Organizer's headquarters, and the Players can participate in it. In the draw, the Organizer will draw one winner.

The date of the draw is included in the Regulations.

 

7. Notification of winners

 

The winner will be notified by the Organizer via e-mail, via the e-mail address provided by him, within 5 working days after the draw. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data provided by the Player (e.g. incorrect, invalid, inactive e-mail address).

 

8. Validation and delivery of the Prize

Validation and delivery of the Prize will take place as agreed with the winner within 7 days after the notification has been sent.

 

The Prize can be collected by the Winner, or by the person designated by him or her, who is authorized to represent and accept the prize in a private document with full evidential force, in the manner, place and time specified by the Organizer, by presenting an identity card or by delivery via email.

 

The Players are obliged to cooperate with the Organizer in order to validate/hand over the Prize. If the Winner does not fulfill his obligation to cooperate and, in this context, the Prize cannot be validated or handed over, the Organizer will not bear any responsibility.

The Organizer shall bear the possible SZJA payment obligation associated with the Prize, as well as any costs incurred by handing over the Prize, however, other costs incurred (e.g. travel costs to the place of receipt of the Prize) shall be borne by the winning Player.

 

9. Data management

The player acknowledges that during the Game the personal data provided by him will be recorded, managed, processed and forwarded. Data provision is voluntary. The legal basis for data management and processing, as well as data transmission, is the definite, voluntary consent of the persons concerned after being informed.

 

Purposes of data management:

1.) conducting the Game in accordance with these Regulations, handing over and using the Prize, and

2.) Data processing for the purpose of sending newsletters by data controller(s), as described below.

Act (hereinafter referred to as "Info TV"), the Organizer handles the Players' personal data as a data controller and the Co-Organizer processes it as a data processor. In addition, the Offeror manages the personal data of the Players through data transmission by the Organizer as an independent data manager.

On the part of data controllers, their employees designated for data management and processing, as well as their current executives and senior managers, are also entitled to data management, to get to know the data, and to process it.

 

By voluntarily participating in the Game, the Players consent to the processing, handling, and transmission of their personal data provided during the Game in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations, and accordingly expressly consent to:

• their personal data - until the receipt of a possible ban or cancellation statement, but no later than the 30th day after the end of the Game - during this Game, in order to fulfill it, for the purpose of conducting the Game and awarding the Prize, in the framework of which the Organizer will handle it;
• their personal data will be processed by the Co-organizer during this Game, in order to fulfill it, for the purpose of conducting the Game, for the purpose of awarding the Prize;
• based on the special consent given on the game ticket - only if consent is given - the Organizer will use their data for the purpose of sending the newsletter. By giving their voluntary consent, the Players therefore clearly and specifically consent to the Organizer sending them a newsletter, and
• the Organizer forwards their data to the Offeror, and thus the Offeror their personal data - until receipt of a possible prohibition or cancellation statement, but no later than the 30th day after the Prize has been redeemed - during this Game, in order to fulfill it, conduct the Game, transfer and use the Prizes treat for its purpose;
• on the basis of the special consent given on the game slip - only if the consent is given - the Offeror uses their data for the purpose of sending the newsletter.

The Organizer and, in the case of data transfer, the Offeror as an independent data controller are responsible for fulfilling the obligations set out in these Regulations and the Info tv. - each data controller is responsible for its own data management. Data controllers do not use the personal data they manage for purposes other than those contained in these Regulations, and they do not abuse them in any other way. The provision of data is voluntary, however, the Player acknowledges that if he does not provide the data necessary to run the Game, or if he requests their deletion before the Prize is handed over, this will lead to his exclusion from the Game. The Player can withdraw his consent to newsletter sending at any time free of charge and without reason.

 

Data managers ensure the security of data, protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental destruction and damage. According to the above, the data managers process the data until the Player's cancellation request is processed, and in the case of subscription to the newsletter, until the unsubscribe/deletion request is processed.

Players' rights and legal remedies regarding the management of personal data The Player can request from the data controller:

1. information about the management of your personal data,
2. correcting your personal data, if it does not correspond to reality, as well as
3. the deletion of your personal data - with the exception of mandatory data processing - if the data processing is illegal, incomplete or incorrect and this condition cannot be remedied, provided that the deletion is not precluded by law; or if the purpose of data management has ceased, the deadline for data management has expired, or if you no longer wish to do so.

The player may object to the processing of his personal data, which objection will be examined by the data controller within a maximum of 15 days from the submission of the request, a decision will be made on the validity of the request, and the applicant will be informed of his decision in writing. If the Player does not agree with the decision made, or if the data controller misses the 15-day deadline, the Player may go to court within 30 days of the communication of the decision or the last day of the deadline. In the event of a violation of the Player's data protection rights, he may file a claim with the court, and in cases defined by law, he may initiate proceedings at the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority.

The Player must send the cancellation request - as well as other comments - to the Organizer. Accordingly, the Player may at any time, without limitation or justification, withdraw his consent to the data management included in these Regulations and data management regulations at the Organizer's headquarters, free of charge. and/or with a statement sent to the e-mail address marketing@maxcity.hu .

 

Players can exercise all their rights related to data management at the same contact point.

 

The data will be deleted from the records of all data controllers with the deletion statement sent to the above contact details .

The data controllers will delete the data immediately, but no later than within 5 working days from the receipt of the deletion request. In case of deletion, the data cannot be restored.

 

10. Disclaimer

 

The Organizer is not responsible for any omissions or delays in notification and/or handover caused by the player

responsibility.

The Players bear all the consequences arising from the data they have mistakenly provided. The Organizer is unable to check the correctness of the data during (or after) the registration for the Game. In this regard, the responsibility and all associated legal and financial consequences rest with the Players in all cases.

 

The Organizer disclaims all responsibility for any claims for compensation or indemnification during participation in the Game, for costs, damages, or losses resulting from or related to possible errors, shortcomings, malfunctions of the Game, delays during the Game.

 

Any decision of the Organizer of the game regarding this Game is final and binding in all respects, no legal proceedings can be initiated in relation to them. The Organizer excludes the possibility of the Player asserting any claim against the Organizer under any legal title.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Game, to refuse the Prize in whole or in part, if there is a suspicion of abuse or violation of the terms and conditions in connection with the Game, as well as in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. The Organizer reserves the right to supplement or modify these conditions or the Game itself. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally stop the Game at any time.

The Organizer also reserves the right to replace the Prize specified in these Regulations with another prize of the same or higher value than that specified in the Regulations in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Organizer does not accept complaints in this regard.

 

11. Other

 

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Game Rules containing the Game conditions at any time without giving reasons, including the termination of the Game. The relevant information will be published by the Organizer with the same publicity as other announcements of the Game.
